A Premature Christmas

So …. we’re going to be busy at family’s houses Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we thought we’d have ourselves a premature little Christmas at our house. We opened gifts Sunday. Madilyn loved the paper!

First Christmas Gift

Madilyn got her first Christmas gift from Brandee. She brought her a sweet little stuffed monkey from Anthropologie. She loved it!

5 Months

Madilyn turned 5 months old yesterday. She is close to sitting up on her own, but still needs a little support. She absolutely loves talking and laughing with her daddy. She is very busy on the exersaucer, jumper and walker. She is beginning to eat cereal and loves playing with things that make noise. Soft books are still her favorite, though! She loves her cousins and loves to reach and grab and feel your skin and hair. She’s very observant and still very content. People comment on that and her blue eyes the most. She’ll go to most anyone and sit sweetly in their lap.

We have to bundle up now when we go for a walk …. She didn’t seem to mind!
